      I purchased a guitar at **** in ***********, ** on 11/25 for a Christmas gift. When it was opened, we discovered it was moldy and had a horrible odor. The box states there is a 1 year warranty and the form on ****************** was completed on 12/26/22 requesting the guitar be replaced. The box is in perfect condition and was not exposed to water.

      I placed an order on December 17, 2021 for three sets of Puffasaurus *** *****, order number ******. I received a parcel with one set of the ** ***** along with a receipt addressed to a different customer. I have e-mailed the vendor twice, at the email address listed on their website and texted them at the number from which I received notice that my order had shipped. To date, I have heard nothing from the vendor. I would love to receive the remainder of my order, or at the very least, a credit for the items.

      This is an additional complaint to assigned ID #********. At the time I was forced to only answer "satisfied" or Dissatisfied", I choose Satisfied because the company, ProtocolNY, did respond back to me concerning the complain but I wrote in the comment box that I "wish to keep this complaint OPEN while I await their response to my email sent 1/13/2022" (see attachment, page two under Jan 20, 2022 at 11:37 EST) . ********* M did respond and I gave her my address (see attachment page one dated Jan 20, 2022 at 9:57). It has been now 3 weeks since that email with my address and I have not heard back from ********* nor received the promised Kaptur GPS II drone (see attachment page one dated Jan 20, 2022 at 9:37). All I am asking is that ProtocolNY follow through with their commitment and send me the promised replacement drone. I would also like to know to where I am to sent the inoperable drone (Enforcer).

      The Enforcer drone will not sync up to the controller. I have tried numerous times to get the drone to sync with the remote controller. I am asking to have the drone replaced. Like other people, I have emailed, called and left messages, and used the website "contact us" method. All without an response from Protocol.

      I purchased two drone chargers on 12/29/2021 I paid for express shipping for two days my products still have not came in despite that I have called the protocol only company In ******** no one will call me back.

      We have checked into this and the order appears to have been fulfilled the day the order was placed.  We're not sure why *** ** hasn't updated tracking yet but we have issued a refund on the shipping charge for the trouble.
