These guys are crooks. I sent TJ a $500 deposit and hundreds of dollars in materials, and they strung me along for months, giving every excuse, never producing anything, never communicating, agreeing to send the materials back and half of the deposit, but never did. They could not be more disreputable or untrustworthy. I'm just seeing the exact complaint below. I wish I'd have checked here first.Review from Leon P

Cut & Stitch out of ******** is a scam. I wish I had checked with BBB before ever sending them money. I paid $750 for a prototype about 6 months ago. I was told I would have the production sample in about 4 weeks. At 5 weeks I contacted them and they said it would be another 2 weeks before I got my production sample. This went on 3 more times, with them always saying 2 more weeks. Now they have completely stopped returning email and returning calls. This is their scam model, to keep postponing until you can't dispute with your credit card company.Review from Sandra B

I have tried to work with **************************** repeatedly to get my tech drawings completed for a big project. It has been delayed over and over again since October 2021. Communication is basically non-existent. I have tried repeatedly to contact *************** and his assistant Mehr ***** to no avail. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the terrible results which are nothing. I am a very patient person and have tried to give TJ the benefit of the doubt but my patience has reached its threshold. I was told by TJ that if the drawings were not completed by Monday 12/20/2021 that I would be refunded. He has yet to respond to me about refunding my money or giving the tech drawings. I have filed a complaint with the ************************* for **************. I wish I had thought to check for complaints with the BBB before I had contracted this company.
