              I purchased a suit case small under seat one first time using it the stitching came loose around zipper on front flap. Contacted company got automatic response with form to fill out did that now nothing for a month will not respond to e mails and will not answer phone. Very frustrated with their warranty.

              I have been attempting to reach London Fog since December due to poor workmanship on their luggage. I have gone back and forth several times and gave them the information requested. At times they were rude on the email and I had to respond the same, because they are not fulfilling the replacement they said they would. Each time you email them, you receive an automated response. This is horrendous and I agree exaclty, with the other 2 posts.
