Not sure if Ive been Scammed I placed an order on August 1st 2024 and I have left several messages with the FTF online generated email service. I have received responses back only saying they have received an overwhelming amount of orders and are working hard to fulfill them. Although this MAY be the case this is a poor business practice for the company and experience for me the customer. I have placed almost a $200 order that I was excited about getting but atp I am will to just except a refund because not really wanting to do business with this company if this is common practice I had a similar experience with them on my last order but nothing to this magnitude. So exhausting and disappointing get it together FTF. Seriously unacceptableReview from Ada L

I ordered two dresses with this company on Aug 30 paid shipping of $7.99 and I have not received anything but a fake msg on my order showing a *** tracking number that *** has not received. I emailed them under their contact and the ** msg was just an instant msg that is just sent back to you with yet another lie. Saying we have received your order it has been successfully prepared by the warehouse and is scheduled for dispatch. Well coming from someone that has been in shipping now I drive trucks, you dont have to dispatch to get an order out *** will come by daily for pick **** This company will soon be closed. Disappointing experience with Fashion to Figure. I placed an order online, but it took weeks to arrive - and even then, it was incomplete! I never received one of the pairs I ordered, and customer service was unresponsive when I tried to follow up. The shoes I did receive were great quality, but the delay and missing order made the experience frustrating. Hopefully, they'll improve their shipping and communication soon. Until then, I'll be hesitant to shop here again.Rating: 1/5 starsReview from Megan H

This company is a joke and they have poor customer service!! I place an order at the beginning of January 2023 and submitted a return on 1/25/23 and have yet to receive my refund! I called several times and sent several emails and no response and no answer!! I will never order again and have still not received my refund!! Total trash!Review from Cree T

I placed order number ****** totaling $60.59 on January 17. *** says the order was received and shipped on January 23. The package was not received and *** says it has now been returned to shipper (FTF). I have called and emailed countless times to contact information given on the site. No one answers calls or emails. It has been almost two months and I still have not received the items nor have I received a refund. This company is fraudulent and I do not recommend.Review from Dee E

This company does not return your money nor do they ever reply to questions. I returned three outfits, never worn, all with tags in and within the right time frame that were not final sale. The company sent me all of the information to return it,but once I sent in the return they never processed it and never sent me a refund. They also never responded to any of my calls, emails, emails or ******** messages. When I looked into it, it turns out many many people have had the same experience. Extremely poor service. I will never shop with them again and if I am ever near there headquarters Ill probably stop in to complain!Review from Perjah R

On January 29th, I contacted your customer service department concerning the status of my refund for an order I returned. Subsequently, I received an email confirmation on January 30th, acknowledging the receipt of my returned order, dated January 17th.Regrettably, as of February 17th, a full month has elapsed since I dispatched the package, and I have yet to receive the corresponding refund. Despite sending a follow-up email on February 10th, I have not received any response.This prolonged delay in processing my refund is not in line with the standards of professionalism I expect from your esteemed company. I have consistently reached out regarding this matter, yet there has been no resolution. What was initially communicated as a 3-5 business day processing period has now extended into an entire month.Review from Marie J

I can't believe how messed up this company is. I am having the same problems other customers are having. I ordered my items on Christmas day 2023. The order was shipped but there were some problems with the delivery from **** None of the less I never received my items and the package was sent back to FTF'S Warehouse! Someone received it signed off on it. It is now February 10th, ****, and I still haven't received my refund, UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU CAN'T JUST KEEP THE ***** AND CUSTOMERS MONEY AS WELL. Their ***** number isa ***** no one ever answers the phone, only an automated system saying sorry we missed your call, please your name and etc. and we will get back to you. I do not what's happening with this company, virtually all of the physical stores closed down, now they can't even conduct the website properly. I don't know if this a scam or the owners are in debt or something because I've ordered from them in the past but never had to return something, it seems their return policy needs help badly! I place an order on 1/21 I received half of my purchase. Its now going on three weeks and I still have not received the other contacting fashion through emails phone calls. **************** does not pick up the phone. It just keeps you on call waiting until he says leave a message. Ive been leaving messages and no one calls you back or email you back I still havent gotten my merchandise that Im missing no phone calls nothing or my money back. if I could give it zero star.
