      I was debating purchasing an item and decided to wait. I was then sent at least five different emails asking me to come back and purchase the item for 10 percent off. The emails included a picture of the item. I finally decided to buy it for the discount only to get an error the code was invalid. I assumed it was a mistake since the emails included a picture of the exact item. **************** said the item was excluded from the discount code. I said thats misleading since there is an PICTURE of the item and they basically shrugged. I said can you at least stop sending me these emails promising me 10 percent off and they said yes it will take 4 days so I guess Ive got another 4 days of being lied to.

      Seconds after ordering I realized the address information was wrong and it was my old address that somehow had been a default address and it did not use my new address I entered. I contacted them immediately to change it before it had time to be processed for shipment. I was told I could not change it. Horrible customer service and Ive never in my life had a company just flat out refuse on the very rare occasion this has happened in the past. I can not trust ordering from this company again and will not. What could have been an easy transaction has now turned into a very difficult one because their shipping department isnt capable of correcting an address. For the amount paid on these products even at discount I do expect a little more from their customer service and not at fault glitches that happen. They lost a customer. There are so many other brands of purses to chose from and I will go with companies that I can trust to have great customer service in the future. Just not worth the discount.

      If I could give them no stars I would. I went on the website a few months ago, added a bag to my shopping cart. Then changed my mind. Well, I cannot count on both hands the requests to stop the emails. They keep emailing me about the website, and trying to get me to make a purchase. It's harrassment at this point, 2-3 emails a week, if not daily. I have requested them to stop and they claim they will, but I got 2 again just yesterday. I wouldn't trust people that simply can't even remove you from a mailing list let alone buying an expensive item from them. Be ware

      Promised overnight shipping for an additional $30 as long as the order was placed by 10pm Monday-Friday. Placed my order at 8:49pm on Thursday, paid the $30, received an order confirmation email, next day they email and tell me my order wont be delivered for another 5-7 business days. Email customer service would not issue refund. Had to call and they said they only do over night shipping if orders are received by 12pm noon not 10pm. False claims on website.

      On 5/5/24 I ordered a Mother's Day present for my wife which was ********** delivery before Mother's Day. I received a email this morning. 5/10 that the order was delayed and would not be received until Monday. At the earliest. I called the customer service number given and spoke to the rudest associate with a smug attitude who did not help me at all. After speaking to the manager about the situation I was met with the same smug 1 liners and was even told that I was being rude when he cut me off multiple times. A shallow apology was given and a small monetary offer was offered when I replied that that small offer was not going to cut it he laughed at me. I have never been made to feel like this after being let down on a gaurentee of delivery. Buyer beware please do not buy from this company. They will s**** you and laugh about it

      This business is the worst ive ever come across in my life. They are all scum everyone that handles online orderes. Theyre rude, unprofessional, and definitely do not care to help anyone in a timely manner. So lets start with my issue. I placed an order on monday after the 12 pm deadline and get gauged out for $30 for overnight shipping because of this. Now Tuesday rolls around and around 3 pm I have gotten zero update on my package that was meant to be OVERNIGHTED. So I talk to an agent named ***** and he tells me it will get there today. Great right? Wrong you forgot this company is ran by incompetent people. So around 10 pm et last night it finally makes it to ***** weird how they drop packages off at 10 pm at night but end ordering at 12???) and now its delayed until tomorrow. So i talk to an agent online *****. Shes about as dumb as they get and cant really do anything. Then I call the number and they tell me they are going to give me compensation and then hangs up on me. This business is awful no wonder they have a one star review on here.

      I would like to give no star if there was such an option!I purchased 5 bracelets online as gifts for friends, every of them with a description clearly indicated Dust bag is included. However, when my order arrived, they are sadly wrapped in a cheap plastic bag with no any bust bags. So I write an email to customer service to request them, and here is the reply:Thank you for contacting **** spade new york.We deeply apologize for this situation, this might be an error due to a part of our system where these items are not included in the dust bag for this situation, we are working for remove this situation and we apologize once again......So I called customer service, and the guy on the phone told me his supervisor told him No to send dust bags, but what he can do for me is return this "Final Sale" order. He emailed me a return label. I called customer service next day, explained the situation to another customer rep, and he said he will cancel the shipping label, and send a request to send me dust bags. As of today, 72 hours has passed, I heard NOTHING back!I went online check the items that I purchased, it still says "DUST BAG IS INCLUDED".Come on, your customer is not making special requests, just want to get what paid for, why make is so difficult????? Even though I want to purchase more of your items, after this incident, I do not trust this company and will not shop with you any more.**** Spade, your customer service reps all need to get RE-trained!!!!

      I placed an order on Nov.9th payment went through the same day. Never received an email with tracking info until I emailed company. It finally made it to customs then got stranded there. Have emailed 4 more times and have yet to receive a response. It's now 2 and half months later and have not received my order an email explaining or a refund. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site as they have no customer service and you have no guarantee you will receive the order you pay for.

      Worst customer service ever. I called 1/16/24 requesting update on a return. I tracked and noticed it was received on 1/5/24. I asked how come the return process was taking so long and the person i spoke to had the nerve comment and say, "do you need the return because you need the money". How unprofessional of him, a customer service agent. His job is to be helpful and not make awful comments. who is he to ask this. i clearly see **** spade does not value customer service because clearly there agents aren't trained properly. before i hung up, i asked if i could speak to as supervisor and he basically refused and said there isn't a supervisor. I also mentioned, what if you need to escalate an issue, who would you contact. He basically stayed quiet and said there is not supervisor. how is that possible. After the call, i decided to call back and attempt to talk to a supervisor and was placed on a 20 minute hold to then see the line get disconnected. i cant believe **** Spade operated like this, i will definitely be taking my business else and based on all the complaints here. Its clear to see **** Spade is not doing anything to correct there issue with their awful customer service department.

      I Purchased a few Items on the Kate Spade outlet page. I was excited as it offered a " free tote bag" while supplies last " . It was Sunday night, around 11pm. I realized after I checked out, that my receipt did not mention I would be receiving the free tote bag. So the next morning (Monday) at 7am I emailed the company. They confirmed that " tote bags were only while supplies last" and guess what? No more tote bags available. Ok I thought, I'll cancel my order. I had received an Email saying "Your order has begun processing. We'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Please note, your payment method will not be charged until your items have shipped." My items had not yet shipped. So I requested my order be cancelled, but they refused. "we are sorry to say that we are unable to cancel it prior to shipment. Most online orders process quickly and enter the shipping stage within minutes to ensure a timely delivery."I remarked that they should take the advertisement off their website as the tote bags were no longer available. Since they continue to advertise the free bag when they no none remain, yet would not cancel my order before it shipped , I felt this practice was deceptive. Especially since there are NO RETURNS. " Final Sale" Around 1 pm on Monday, 6 hours after I requested my order be cancelled , I received my notification that my items ( with no free tote bag) would be shipping. They offered me 10% off my next purchase, which I will never use due to their lack of customer service. Oh, and the Add for the free tote bag remains on their website. ( while supplies last)
