Highly recommend Staples Exteriors. Very professional, respectful and does great work!

NO STARS: Staples Exteriors received over half of the contract cost of $8,000.00. Three crew started on day one along with the boss to set things up and get work underway. Work started at 10 AM and stopped at 4 PM with a half hour lunch break. Two of the crew quit over pay issues that afternoon. Crew member #1 starts work the next day at 10 AM takes issues with the other two crew members who want their tools from the tool trailer. Crew menber #1 gets mad and leaves but not before tearing the siding and insullation off the peak section of the house scattering it in my yard and the neighbors yard. The boss shows up later in the day to cleanup the mess left by crew member #1. The crew left cigaretts and cigarette butts in the yard where my puppies play and that would kill them if they were to eat them. The next day crew member #1 shows up and the boss stops in. On the forth day the stuff, as the boss calls it, is packed up and removed from the work site. Two weeks or so later the boss puts a new contract in the mailbox stating that he wants the full amount of the contract and $200.00 extra each day before he will start work again. I have pictures of each days work and site cameras that track time of arrival and departing of the crew. Total on site hours is 32 for all persons including the boss. No part of any work phase was completed and what was done was not done correctly. I filed a claim in small claims court and was awarded an amount in December of 2022. I have receive nothing and I will be taking the next legal step for remittence owed me. I cannot recommend Staples Exteriors. Attributes of Staples Exteriors: Unprofessional, disrepectful, rude and slow after the contract is signed. My wife and I were able to find another contractor that was professional, in every phase of the work, corrected the failings of Staples Exteriors, and were very efficient.
