            Contractor misrepresented himself as a bathroom expert in roll-in showers. Problems: Cut washer water lines. Use OSB as unsupported floor base under Schlueter base. That was improperly installed along with Schlueter on the walls. Other problems and pictures upon request. Improper Shower work materials have to be stripped and properly waterproof, then completed.

            Nothing was improperly done i installed a schulter membraine on hardi waterproof backerboard. The floor base was cut to make a seamless shower which osb was used because of the schluter shower pan i had to cut out the exsiting flooring that was slatt boards which took three days the shower pan was waterproofed as along with the walls. This customer breached contract i may have needed to fix the floor pan or the plumbing to the drain in my contract states if i make a mistake please give me seven days to correct mistakes the shower walls are fine. I worked almost 30 hours on this project and only got paid for my gas reimbursement i was charged over 1100 for materials this customer “claim” to be wrong at this point this is slander to my company this was settled. I have a lawsuit in process on this customer who refused to pay for the hours i spent over 800 in labor out of pocket to my employee. I was not finished with even the waterproofing process and not aloud to fix mistakes in the slightest mistakes were slim to none. Please disregard this complaint. This is a case of a customer thinking they know more than the contractor and getting into there own head.
