We Check out a night early and the hotel desk employee ensured us that we would get our second night refunded of $110.00 and some change. I was also told that our $100.00 Security Deposit would be returned as well. I have not received neither the security deposit nor have I received the refund for the extra night that we did not use.Business response

I have no record of guest staying. We also do not do a $100 credit deposit. Does guest have the right quality Inn? He may have stayed at the quality Inn and suites. We are located at **** ******* ***** ***** Dan
