I have a 2017 **** ***** ******** that I bought thru them with the extra coverage (insurance) covers mechanical problems and glass, rims n tires ext.. I took it to them because of a crack in the windshield an one of the mechanic managers told me to come back a week later to get it fix (a week later) an was hopping it didn’t spread in the mean time.. day of the appointment I drive it in the garage an the first thing they say is You don’t have an appointment but I made one a week ago then got mad n told me the window guy is a half hour out so I would have to wait ok no prob even thou they made the appointment with the windshield guy.. 45mins later they come back to me an say it’s already an I go out to my **** an there’s glue across my windshield the crack wasnt filled an one of the employees said it’s a ****** job you should of went they my insurance to get it fix.. so I go talk to the head manager of joe cecconis an he says there’s nothing they can do I have to wait for it to cure there’s nothing to cure it didn’t even fill the crack.. so I leave.. about a half hour later I get a call from the mechanic manger saying I left mad an unhappy to come back he will take a look at it.. He says there’s nothing they can do that they should of never filled the crack in the first place an tells me to go to this glass place an lie to the glass place that they filled it acouple weeks ago an I wasn’t happy about the way is was fixed to have my insurance pay to have it fixed.. what was the point of this extra insurance I paid for thru them.. place is a joke nothing but problems

Didn't do the work as specified. After many phone calls to their service department and visits, I went elsewhere to get the work correct. When asked for a refund they argued with me and told me that they did the work as the requested. I kept telling them what was expected that the horn had to be put underneath the vehicle but they mounted it on the winch mounting plate on top. The evening I picked it up and drove away I tried the horn and it didn't work. I wouldn't take my vehicle there to even let them change my oil. Terrible customer experience, terrible customer service, terrible customer satisfaction. I have bought many vehicles from them over the years and recommended them to many but this I guess will be the last for me
