On May 18, 2023 I placed order on petpharmcanada.com for $69. I paid $30.00 for Express shipping and invoice clearly stated - Express shipping, 1-2 business days. However, my order has been shipped by Priority mail in the Priority Mail® Padded Flat Rate Envelope. This is not Express shipping, it was not 1-2 business days and **** price for shipping in this envelope is $10.40 flat. **** tracking is ********************** and it is clearly shows that package was Priority mail, not Express mail. I chose Express mail because it has not only 1-2 days delivery time but also delivery guarantee, money back guarantee and insurance. Seller changed delivery without asking me to cheaper and without extra services.Business response

BBB spoke with the business and the following was relayed:The consumer not only got his products, I also refunded his money so that I didn't have to deal with him anymore. I can't control how the US Postal Service works. But I have the tracking # that he received his products for free. And I have the bank paperwork that shows I also refunded him. I believe I've gone above and beyond. This matter is closed, I don't want to deal with him anymore.Initial Complaint

On 3/8:2022, I placed an order (order# *****) on Petpharmcanada.com totaling $453.00. I paid $30 for express shipping. After tracking the order I noticed it was shipped Priority mail which on their site was a $10 delivery fee. I called the company, spoke to a man named Jim. I informed him of the error. He responded the reason it was shipped priority was because items in my order were out of stock. One thing had nothing to do with the other. I paid for a service that I didn’t get. When I finally received the order, items were missing. My order was incomplete. I was missing 2 orders of ********* 6 dose 45-88lbs totaling $220. I reached out to the company the same person (Jim) answered. He apologized and said that the items were going to be shipped out immediately and I will receive a new tracking number. Two days go by, I received no email, no text with any new tracking information. I called back and now no one answers. I have called on several occasions and noone picks up the phone. I feel my phone number has been flagged, so I emailed them on the website and also to the email that was sent with the original order information from them and have gotten no response. I went on their website and it shows the item is out of stock. I feel I have been scammed. I understand items get sold out but I shouldn’t be charged for it. I just reported it to my credit card and is being disputed. I cannot be the only one they have done this to.Business response
