Good Evening I am reaching out to bring a matter of significant concern to your attention. Approximately a year ago, I engaged the services of Mr. Henry W********** who promised to conduct electrical and plumbing work at a property under my and my wife’s ownership. Despite a substantial financial commitment on our part, amounting to $20,000, Mr. W********* has failed to commence any of the agreed-upon work. This engagement was formalized through two cashier’s checks – one for $15,000 and another for $5,000 – as upfront payment for the required materials and labor. The details of these transactions are thoroughly documented, including bank records and the original contract Mr. W********* provided. Regrettably, since receiving these funds, Mr. W********* has not visited the property or undertaken any aspect of the project. The gravity of this situation is deepened by the intended purpose of the property – to serve as a sober living facility, a project aimed at aiding others in need. Mr. W********* was fully aware of this humanitarian objective, yet chose to exploit our trust and resources. Evidence gathered over the past year, including a series of text messages, points to a clear lack of intent to fulfill the contract on Mr. W*********’s part. Furthermore, inquiries made by third parties have confirmed his acknowledgment of the funds received and his inability or unwillingness to refund the amount. Given these circumstances, I am compelled to seek legal redress. My intention is to file charges against Mr. W********* to the fullest extent permitted by law. The financial transaction was made directly to him, as evidenced by the checks bearing his name. For your reference, Mr. W********* operates under the business names “Apollo Home Maintenance” and “Apollo Plumbing General Contractor,” located at 2103 MacKenna Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14303. His residential address is **** **** *** ******* ****** ** *****. I kindly request your assistance in this matter.
