I held out putting out a review because I didn’t mind Drew as a person and wouldn’t want to give a bad review unless it was warranted. Drew “finished” our job August 2022 we have been trying to get in contact since September 2022. The job is unfinished, unsafe and falling apart! We asked him to come back multiple times, and he came up with one date in December 2022 but we had a doctors appt. Then the storm happened and he stopped responding to our calls and emails. (I have the proof of all the times we tried contacting him.) Our floor is separating, water comes out of our wall where he took out our chimney, our ceiling is cracking between two rooms, the caulk all over is a mess, where our cabinet was put up, there is a huge chunk of wall missing and the cold comes right in and makes condensation in the cabinets. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Our piece that separates our floors doesn’t stay in and comes out; we trip over it 20 times a day. There were nails sticking up that I couldn’t hammer and I had to take them out and now part of that moves. He left a hole in our wall where we thought he was putting our doorbell. I went out the night before he was done to get it and he never put it in. There’s just exposed wires. He ruined my good molding. He put mismatched siding on - we talked about him color matching and I said it didn’t have to be exact as long as it would get us through for five or six years, but he left it totally white and doesn’t match our house at all. He left the awning above the mismatched siding and didn’t take it down; there isn’t a window there now. But I will say he used our floor and did our bathroom at no extra cost. I’m not sure if this is personal or he thinks he did a great job, we did provide these photos in an email and considered suing him but honestly the amount of money it would take and then having to hire someone to fix all his mistakes or what is broken wouldn’t balance out. Use with caution!
