I recently sent back two pair of jeans for a refund through UPS tracking # ******************. I have emailed and called them numerous times and they keep telling me the money they owe me has been sent to my bank. I have called my bank and nothing has been sent then called them back to report it again and they opened another complaint on ID# *******. This order # was *************. They were shown to be returned thru UPS on November 19th. And I have contacted them 5 times with no success and they keep saying they will email me back with results and never do. They owe me $36.00 for the returned jeans and I’ve also bought another pair of jeans in the right size so I’ve paid for 3 pair of jeans through them and can’t get my money back for other two.Business response

Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is regarding the complaint filed by **** ****** against www.Nautica.com a website that ******, a ***** company provides Customer Service for. We apologize for the consequent inconveniences regarding order ************* and that the credit is not reflecting by his bank. We show that the order was credited on 11/25/21 and 11/26/21 in the amount of $36.77 and $8.66. We obtained the proof of credit with reference number **************** that can be provided to his bank for the amount in question.
