      My vechile broke down in ************ ** on 2/17 on our way to *******. I had it towed to a dealership down there. On 2/21 I contacted Route Runner about transporting my vechile from ************ ** back to my state of residence which is MD. I was told it would be $650 with $150 paid up front and the other $500 due to the driver.As you can see they told me that the vechile would be pick up on 2/22/22 and delivered same day. On 2/22/22 around 1pm the dealership called me that ***** the driver was there to take the vechile. Around 8pm same day my husband contacted the driver ***** asking where the vechile was. He was then told that the car wouldn't be back to MD until 2/23 and that he didn't know why the broker (route runner) would tell us it was going to be here same day.On 2/23 still no car. We contacted the broker and the driver and no answer.2/24 still no car. At 2pm I finally got a hold of Rob from route runner and told him that my car was still not delivered. He told me he didn't understand why and that he would contacted the driver and get back to me sbortly.2/25 rob nor anyone from his company every called me back. I called them at 9am and got a hold of a *******, who didn't know why my car wasn't in MD and that he would call the driver and call me back. 11am I called the driver, no answer, I called the company that the driver is with no answer. Called the broker finally answers and tells me he spoke to the driver and the driver told him that the truck my car was on broke down. Still no driver ever called me to inform me of this, and at this point I still do not know where my car is at, nor do I know if the truck my car was on truly broke down or if this is a story they are telling me to shut me up. This complaint is not only with Route Runner who set this up but I'm also filing against XBS MOTORSPORTS lls

      As we have explained and even in the email you provided as "proof" it clearly states all dates are "estimates. 

       

      "Please note" all dates are estimates, the carrier will do their best to arrive on the dates provided" and this is always explained. We got a driver fast for you to pick up and he got delayed because his truck broke down. He delivered it a few days later, sometimes you have to understand these circumstances occur
