In 2018 I got my yard fence in and paid approximately $ 10,000. I noticed fall of 2019 my fence going towards the back half of my backyard the fence started Leaning. I Spoke with the company and because of covid the couldn't come out to the house. The owner finally came out the summer of 2021 and said the post to the fence needs to be redone because the concrete to keep the post in the ground have come up. He said he was going to get back to with a solution and haven't heard from him since, I've reached out to the company and left a message with his receptionist asking for an update, but nobody returned my call.Business response

Response taken by phone: I did go to look at it last summer. We were fully booked and had staffing issues last summer so I could not get them on the schedule. We also close down for the winter. They have a drainage problem in the backyard and we have had several wind storms that have weakened the integrity of the fence. This is not covered under the warranty however I am willing to split the cost of the repair. Now that we are reopened for the season, I will be in contact to work out an agreement to reset the posts.Customer response
