I have called Timberstrength numerous times to cancel (no answer). I have sent numerous emails (no response), and even had ******** discussions with Timberstrength (after multiple unanswered messages). Today I was charged AGAIN!!!! they never prorated any refunds so I didn't cancel my card waiting for them to do so. I have proof from last month they would prorate and cancel that day, they never did and are still charging my account.Initial Complaint

My son has a student membership at the gym. He has not gone in several months and asked me to cancel his membership. I have emailed from 2 different email addresses, called in total probably more than 100 times on the phone, and also wrote out a letter and went to the gym and placed it on the desk with a request to cancel the membership and contact me. There has been no follow up from anyone and no one will answer the phone when I call and there is no staff present at the gym. I want the membership cancelled and something in writing stating so. How is a fitness center able to operate with no staff member present? What happens if someone is injured or needs help? I have never heard of this.
