Paid wny property kings a total of $45,438.00 to have my son's attic converted to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom also downstairs living room area to install new flooring this all started in December of 2021 with the first check issued and final payment made in July of 2022 attic area was done with no issues main issue is the living room install of new flooring job was completed and finished but a few months later the floor in the living room started to uplift and at the seams started to unglue property kings was notified of situation right away and told my son because they were very busy it might be a while before they could come out and take a look it took almost 2 months for them to come and inspect the floor this was about September of 2022 after many conversations with property kings it was determined there was a manufactured defect in the flooring and property kings would order new flooring and be installed when it arrived he has been waiting since then many calls by my son to see when they were going to put new floor in with Kyle king saying many times I will text you when available latest text coming in January of 2024 stating he would be over to talk to my son on January 3 but never showed or called and has not heard anything since my son just wants the new floor installed by property kings and done right this timeBusiness response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. floor was delivered last week but they have not come over to install the rest of the floor. There is so much misleading information on this post. The floor that the customer had issues with (not ******* *******) was in the living room of the house. And HAS BEEN 100 PERCENT REPLACED AT OUR EXPENSE. 5 months ago i met with ****** and **** ******* and said our company would replace ONLY the living room floor at our expense because thats ehere the problem was even though the floor was warenteed through the supplier but the supplier didnot get back to us. They agreed upon this and the plan was to install thresholds between the bedroom and the hallway, ****** and **** agreed to pay for new underlayment under the brand new floor which still hasnot been paid. Alittle less then 500.00. After install **** asked us if we could order more flooring to do the hallway because they would like it to match the living room, we immediatly ordered 3 boxes of flooring and have made numberous attempts with text and calls to **** to get back to the house to install, however 2 weeks ago we never heard back and last week his entire family was sick (per conversation with ****). We have done everything the correct way here and the back forth slander is now out of hand because its all false! The problem has been corrected. This is no longer a better business bureau matter. We are in communication with our customer (**** *******). And have multiple text threads of him admitting this job has been completed.
