$90 was taken out of my bank account for a hair appointment that I never confirmed to the business. Refusing to do anything to help and I even emailed to cancel the appointment weeks before my appointment date and refusing to do anything to help and took out a cancellation fee without any noticeBusiness response

****** booked the appointment online, an order to book an appointment online you have to agree to our no show/cancellation policy and put a card on file in order to book. our systems send an automatic confirmation email & text as well we call for confirmation as well, This client never responded. Our stylist that she had scheduled with originally had to push her appointments to a different stylist for the time being for personal reasons, so we reached out to her several times and she never responded even through text as well,We left her appointment as is, because she did book online. The day of the appointment which was September 6th, 2023 @ 5pm, she never showed up, we called her 15 mins after her appointment she never answered so on our booking system we put she no showed and charged the card on file. The client then emailed us yesterday September 7th (emails are attached) requesting to get a refund "that she had changed her number" but the number she had provided in this complaint is the same number we have been reaching out to her, to confirm her appointment. We offered her a salon credit and she refused the credit. Unfortunately, we have to honor our policy as our stylist was here waiting for her. We had attached our text message to her, as well as our salon policy and our emails exchanges. As a good reputable company we strive to ensure our clients & our staff is treated equally. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. [My stylist that I originally had scheduled with had not been the one to switch my appointment with somebody else. Therefore I was unaware that this business had rescheduled my appointment with a differnt stylist that I never accepted or confirmed still wanting this appointment at this business because of the original stylist I chose being unavailable. I disagree and will not accept the fact that I am being charged for an appointment I never made in the first place with the stylist they had given me after my previous one had left this company. I made my appointment with the original stylist I had booked. She quit and was no longer available therefore my appointment I had scheduled should’ve been cancelled in first place unless I responded saying I still wanted an appointment here. Which clearly I did not if this company had not heard from me in about a month. As I also said I had cancelled my appointment online but was locked out of my account the same day so I wasn’t aware that it did not go through. This company has many complaints all the time about overcharging customers. Bank is still settling this dispute as well which should be cancelled and refunded after 10 business days anyways. I accepted and created an appointment with the original stylist not the one this company had booked me with afterwards because they had “assumed” I still wanted my hair done here.
