We have had nothing but problems with Brandon Reed. He did our landscaping last year which was beautiful. But pulled some teeth just for him to get the job completed. Always fails to show up when he said he would. Brandon comes up with excuses after excuses just to get the job done. This year Brandon came up to give us an estimate on rmulch for the front and back yard and gave some money up front for materials and never heard back from. He keeps telling us he’s coming over and never shows up. We finally said that if he’s not here by June 2nd to do his jobs b of what we paid for we will be requesting our money back. If he doesn’t show up or give us our money back we will see him in court. We saved all documents and have a paper trail. We saved everything. The other day he told us he was bed ridden and a family member of ours seen him mowing someone else’s lawn. This is ridiculous and will be the last time we hire him to do this job. He doesn’t realize who he’s dealing with here. The sad part is that we get so many complaints on our yard and people ask who did it and we don’t like to even refer Brandon Reed because he fails to show up to do the job and takes the money and runs with it. My sister even hired him to do her yard told her to buy the materials which she did and he never showed up to do the job. He is not going to get any business if he keeps this **** up. He needs to step up his game and be loyal to his customers. As of right now it’s not looking good at all.
