I hired pathfinder in August of 2022 to remove. Bat( s) from attic/ crawl space of house. Jason the owner of said company came to house evaluated and came up with removal plan... would be back about week later after I made deposit to complete task . Would seal up any and All openings around roofline.....that allows any rodents ( bats) to enter home. He would be paid in full day if task completion which he was. I have email with contract which gave us 1 year warranty if any more issues will remove rodents fix repair any openings..... had issue in January he came out was in n out claimed he filled up some new holes.....still hearing noises on n off tried calling texting fb messaging and emailing him n company to get them to co d out have not responded. Spent al.ost 900$ and have 1 year warranty until August 2023 . Refuse to respond to me have proof of calls emails texts and fb messenger which shows it was read. I am asking fir a refund since problem was not ever resolved and refuse to help. Honor warranty. I'd like a refund so I can hire new company before an infestation occurs .Initial Complaint

I keep getting incorrect invoicing or charged automatically when I didnt give concent for auto pay (happened once). Service was not good and very little results. Do not know if full service was completed each time because they were done within a few minutes and I do not know where they sprayed for bugs (addition service I added on but only saw done once) As a result I cancecanceled and was told zero balance. I paid for everything but kept getting random invoices. I just got an invoice for double the usual amount, and not only did I cancel but no one even showed up. So how is there even an invoice anyway? They can never explain what exactly is done when I ask and explanations differ depending on who I talk to. I have tried calling and emailing but no one picks up or responds. This has been a horrible experience and need this resolvedBusiness response

Response taken by phone: We received a cancellation email from the customer and close the account that day.
