A creditor reached out to me and notified me that I had a debt of 2900 behind the carousel park apartments the carousel park apartments said I was under lease until February of 2023 which I was not I moved in there july 1 2021 and when my lease was up I notified them that I would be moving out soon Alicia the apartment manager told me that was fine just to write a 30 day notice before so . November came and I did just that I gave her my new address as well as of April I am just now finding out I’m being charged for broken windows and leaving the apartment basically abandoned how ? There saying I left my headboard and coaches I have my same coaches in my new apartment I have pictures of them as well I have receipts of me buying a ****** in November me and my brother moved my whole apartment out by ourselves I gave my friend my head board I have proof of that as well . They accused me of smoking cigarettes I don’t smoke at all this is totally defamation of character I am 5 months pregnant this is stressing me out this is taking a toll on my mental health there trying to ruin my reputation and my credit and I will not allow this by any means not one time did anybody reach out to me they just charged me for a bunch of late fees and they can’t say they did not have my current address because they gave it to the debt collectors as well in the pictures below you will see the same exact pictures of my furniture in my old and new apartment and someone else also stated on there website when you move out they charge you a bunch of late fees ! I have a picture of that as well ! And how would my lease be up in February if I moved in July 1st this was a year lease ! Attachments below I will not allow this !!
