Brand new ******* TT. Had several service calls for slides not working... hot water tank not working and furnace not working. Finally fixed first two ?? but we still have to hit the reset button every time we want to turn the furnace on. We were told, even though we purchased the extended warranty, that they can't come out to fix it anymore - even though that was a perk to purchasing the extended warranty. I never recommend Colton to anyone anymore. So disappointed!

They will not help you even when you buy a brand new camper from them. I have called at least 7 times. Every time I do they say someone with be getting a hold of me, and then I never receive a call back. The couch was broken before I even had my brand new camper delivered. They didn’t replace or fix it and it’s been a month and a half. Both doors inside the camper broke. The Bluetooth doesn’t work. The A/C was spitting out water on us. The water heater was throwing error codes and not heating consistently. The frustration is real. I can’t believe someone would sell something like this without standing behind the products they sell. I’m supposed to be enjoying my summer. I turned into my nightmare.

Save your sanity & your money by dealing with any other reputable dealer. We purchased trailor over a month ago// $5,000 down and chased within a day knowing they did t have a clean title on our trailor. Extremely poor customer service, business practices. Still without a trailor // and unable to back out. Terrible experience Deff will not do business with them again.

Prob not a new low for Colton Rv but today they said THEY WERE GOING TO IMPOUND MY RV because they were upset that I was exposing the scam of a business they run.

Please do not buy from Colton rv They try selling u a warranty that is the same price of the camper ur buying lol what a joke also watch out they have sketchy business practice where they try to force u to finance through them and force u to sign something saying what ever rate you get you will have to buy it please do not buy here they are scammers and do not care about you service department sucks to took 3 try’s and me bitching for them to fix a simple trim piece all they want is ur money after that they don’t care

Would give ZERO stars!! We went to purchase a 5th wheel from Colton RV at the show at our local fairgrounds. They ran our credit and said we were approved to purchase the camper. At the show we started the paperwork process, they asked for a down payment and said later in the week we would meet with the financing team to discuss numbers. At the show nothing was shown to us about interest rates. We picked out payment and said we would meet the financing team then the numbers would be shown. After having the meeting and seeing how much everything would be we decided that we couldn't make that commitment at this time. When we told them this they said our 5000.00!! Wouldn't be returned to us and to either buy the camper or lose our money! We would have never put that much down if we knew we wouldn't receive our money back. Or the numbers would have been shown to us in the first place. They made us feel like we were getting a great deal and we were saving so much when in the end we were losing. I said I would try and pay cash so we wouldn't be paying so much in interest and they said we wouldn't receive the show price that was listed when we signed paper work at the show.

I would give zero stars if I could. We were repeat customers of Colton RV. The shady sales tactics started from the beginning. We were originally talking to Erin. When arrived to look at some RV's we were stuck with Lucas. He gave us a lot of talk about the value of our trade in, of course. They held our $2000 (deposit to hold a camper as we decided or not to purchase it) for over 3 weeks. Trying to get a call back for the return of our deposit was like pulling teeth. Lucas calling us back finally asking if we were sure that transaction occurred, after we gave them the date it was pulled from our account!! SHADY! Finally received a call back from them today to get our account number to return our money. Asked when I could expect it... about a week and a half. (Lucas had originally told us it would only take 2 days to be returned to our account. We will be working with a competitor in the future.

We have been steady customers of Colton for over 20 years having purchased 3 coaches and using their service department for all service-related issues. Quality of service and sales experiences has been substandard for all these years but as the only provider within easy driving distance we had no choice. But recently, ‘substandard’ has plummeted to non-existent. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and if you drive to their facility for emergency help, you may be told they can’t look at your problem for 3 months. July 14, 2023, we needed a hose replaced. The job was finally completed. August 24, 2023 after many phone calls and unanswered messages. The bill was $1100.00. However when we picked up the coach, a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on making it unsafe to drive. Plus the door handle was broken off and left sitting on the dash. So the parts manager put it back in for service and they decided they had to replace major portions of the DEF system. The bill for that job was $2035.00. However when we stared up the coach for the trip to Florida, the same CHECK ENGINE light came on making it unsafe to drive. Colton said they couldnt’ help us so we drove very slowly to a ******* dealer nearby and they found that Colton had reversed the wiring. The repairs to correct that error was $247.00. Colton service manager told us to send *******’s bill to him which we’ve done and also asked him to look after it and refund the $2000.00 charge for the earlier botched job. We have not received a reply.. I do not recommend this company.

Harvey is awesome! He was very patient with our many questions and provided knowledgeable answers. We will be back and we’ll be asking for Harvey.
