In 2022 I had a **** replace my transmission they subcontracted out to Twin City Transmission. transmissions kept failing, came to agreements with owner of Twin City to get transmission fixed never got car back for months and still not working properly the parts I purchased were out of warranty, because could not get car in at **** To fix problem properly I took to another business and had it fixed properly the owner paid for the transmission repair but I was still stuck with paying for parts I had to order he needed to fix owner of Twin City said he was going to reimburse me for everything still owes me $1100 for a bad control box that went out of warranty because he was playing games about getting carton to get fixedBusiness response

Dear ****** ***********,im sorry your not satiisfied with our work we had an agreement and we paid u back $2100.00 dollars as per attached file . we are not reponsable for an aftermarket part that is out of warranty,also as per attached file it says tci ez shift controller was defective (not our fault).Customer response

Aftermarket parts would have not went out of warranty if twin City would have just got vehicle back in to make necessary fixes, but just played games no, I wound up having to take to a different shop and finding even more problems with what Twin City did broken parts and burned up parts possible cause of why controller went only had a 30 day warranty on controller. Twin City is responsible because they just kept telling me maybe next week maybe next week maybe next weekBusiness response

dear ******,Again im sorry your not satisfied but aftermarket parts are not our responsibility.the controller was defective from the start. Around that time we were really busy and couldnt get you back in rite away we paid u the 2100 back for your transmission there shouldnt be any more issues.
