My wife and I contracted Randall Woodworks in November 2021 to build and install built-in cabinetry in our new mudroom and surrounding the fireplace. Mr. Randall came out twice to measure and stated that he would build the units and have them ready when we moved into our new house. This was to be for a March move in. The closing was delayed until June and he didn't have the cabinetry ready at that time. He finally came out at the end of July to install, but he had measured incorrectly and could not install the units around the fireplace. He did install the base in the mudroom, but it was the wrong color and he didn't bring the doors or drawers for it. Since then, he has promised to come out and complete the work several different times, but has "no showed" frequently, lied about the units being complete, and used many different excuses as to why.Initial Complaint

I contracted Jordan R****** of Randall Woodworks on March 1, 2022 to build and install custom kitchen cabinets. The contract completion date was supposed to be April 30, 2022. As of August 10, 2022 he had installed only base cabinet boxes with no doors or drawers, at which time I fired him and requested my $8,300 deposit back. I have not received any refund of my money.
