6-6-22...Negotiated a deal to lease a new **** *******. Paid a deposit and provided my license, SS#, and insurance information to the salesperson. A credit check may have been made. Terms: $479/month 36 month lease, 10,000miles/yr., turn over my 2020 **** Summit, and pay $1,379 to the dealership. Received a text 30 minutes later from the salesperson stating the deal is off.Business response

The Sales manager made a mistake, and quoted this customer a payment using the wrong lease factor. The Finance Manger caught the mistake while finalizing paperwork. The GM contacted the customer immediately to let him know a mistake was made, and attempted to work it out. Mr ******* responded with a threatening nature. We ceased communication at that time.Customer response
