I ordered a book through this companies website. I called the store and was immediately told the online store was completely separate from the physical store, even though the phone number is linked on their website and my order number. The book was supposed to arrive in 5-8 business days and I still have not received even a shipping confirmation. I have tried to contact this store multiple times and they dont give me any information. The book I ordered is called Palestine on a plate and the person at the store dismissed me quickly. I spent 42$ and still dont have a book.Business response

Customer was emailed and refunded in full two days ago. Customer called our brick and mortar location once and was told that we'd get back to them because we needed to contact the book's publisher to check the status of the customer's order. The customer's book ended up being "back-ordered" with no release date so we canceled the order.
