Order ******** Price: $59.94 Ordered 6/10 and still have not received my item. I have requested an update and a refund 5 or more *****. The lady that always responds always says she will pass the info along and then I don't hear anything again after that. I would like this refunded immediately. I have also tried to call the number on their site and their voicemail is in Spanish only and no number I press gets me anywhere. It's extremely frustrating. I wanted the item at first but now I just don't want to deal with this company anymore. I want my money back from these scammers.Initial Complaint

Ordered a gun holster April 8, 2023, Mass tactic took payment out of my charge card on April 9th and sent an email stating they would send a confirmation email when item shipped. May 3, 2023 I sent an email to mass tactic requesting the item I had bought and paid for ( ************************************ with a ***** stating she will contact the fulfillment team, May 4th still no confirmation email stating item was shipped. I sent another email in which ***** stating she would contact fulfillment team, again no confirmation email stating Item would be shipped. I sent 3rd email May 5, 2023 stating if I do not have an email stating items will be shipped for what was paid for, I will be disputing charges. Immediately received email stating Item was cancelled and refund will be granted. May 10, 2023, refund still not posted on my account. I started dispute process with credit card company.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 03/14/2023, Dollar amount $37.94. I ordered a product from Mass Tactic for the mentioned amount and never received an email that my purchase was being shipped, I reached out and called the company and no one answered, I emailed my concerns to the address provided on April 03, 2023 and did get a response from someone named ***** and she said she was going to send a request to the fulfillment department and apologized for the inconvenience, I never received an email in return or my purchased product. I emailed 4 more times and asked for either the product to be sent to me or my money back and the same story (sending to the fulfillment department). The last email I had stated I would make a complaint to the BBB so here I am now making a complaintInitial Complaint

On Jan 24th 2023 I purchased a Belly Band Holster for $34.94 through MassTactic's website.The item in question was due to be delivered within 3-5 business days. At this point I have not received confirmation shipment of my order. They have not responded to my inquiries on this matter. Upon further inspection, it appears that other consumers have had the same problem with this company. They make a purchase only to never receive the merchandise and not getting any response from the merchant. I question the legitimacy of this business and whether they actually supply the merchandise they advertise. It appears that they are scammers and I would like to get a full refund on my purchase or an explanation of when they plan to ship my merchandise.Unacceptable way to operate a business.Initial Complaint

i ordered an item from them from their online website and i still have yet to receive it 9 days later im beginning to think its a scam the shipping info they provided cj packet doesn't give any information as to where the packages are at and shortly after i placed this order my debit card issuer put a freeze on my card & account im still trying to get that resolved as well
