      I purchased the mommy and me bracelet set for my sons first day of kindergarten. I placed the order on July 19th to allow ************** time before my sons first day of school August 18th. I had been repeatedly checking the tracking and the last update, 8/1, was that the item was in ***********, **. After two weeks in the same location and with school approaching in a matter of days i contacted the company asking to cancel the order and get a refund. They advised me they couldnt cancel the order and that the item was in my local area. I informed them Im in Colorado so its absolutely not in my local area and the first day of school came and went so the purpose of the bracelets was officially forfeited. I then get an email this morning with their offer to refund me 20% and allow me to keep the item i never even received. I have now disputed this charge with my bank and this has been nothing but a headache.

      On 11/12/22 I ordered multiple personalized cookie cutters as Christmas gifts for my family. They never arrived. Ive since had 14 e-mails back and forth with either *********************** or *****, attempting to resolve this. I was first told that they would send the products immediately. I accepted this because I would give them as gifts for the following Christmas. Again, they never arrived. I was then told that they would not be able to fill the order, and I would be given a refund of $306.49. After contacting them multiple times, they are no longer returning my emails. I have record of my receipt and every email, if it would be helpful to forward them.

      I placed an order on November 9. Several weeks later, I had not received my products. I reached out to the company, they said it would take a little additional time because it was the most popular item. I waited. Nothing. I reached out again, they said that it would ship within 6 days and if that wasn't ok, they would give me a refund. ********************************** shipping information. So I asked for a refund. The response was to tell me that my items were shipping the next day. My items did not ship. Now I want my refund. I have attached screenshots of the communication with the seller.

      I placed an order on October 2022 and still have not received the items I purchased. I tried contacting the company several times and keep getting excuses. Today 12/28/2022 they sent me an email about a refund but they are only refunding a portion of the full amount with no explanations of why a portion. I will be on a lookout when my credit card statement arrives.

      On November 9th I responded to an ad for a custom cookie stamp on Instagram, which I then ordered that day. On November 19th, I received confirmation that the item shipped. I then waited until December 11th - when the item still hadnt arrived - to reach out to the company to ask for a status update. The shipping tracking information had stalled and I was worried it wouldnt arrive at all. Since then, we have exchanged 8 emails. Each time I request an update or refund. Each time the company responds that it will arrive in 1-3 business days and says this is normal and well within the range of **** days it takes to ship an item. It has now been 25 weekdays since they initially stated they shipped the item. I continue to receive the same updates and shipping has stalled. *** requested a refund twice to no avail. Documentation attached.

      Hello, I believe I was ripped off and being strung along. I purchased an item from this company and keep getting "we're working on getting this to you" emails. It was a Christmas item that I ordered November 10th and I still do not have the item. I have requested a refund and have not received it yet or an acknowledgement of my refund request. Here is the product on the company's website. ****************************************************************************************************************** Since ordering, I received two emails (only after I reached out to them) saying "sorry, we're working on it."Again, ordered it 43 days ago and have not receive anything yet. I just want a refund and for others to understand of the timeline of this company.

      Placed an order on November 3rd, and never received the order. Followed up with the company at the end of November. I was first told they couldn't find my order, than I provided them with proof that they took my payment. Told order would be shipped out within 4-7 days. Followed up with them after 6 days. I was told that they couldn't find my order. Then the next day a received a message saying they had problems with my order and had to remake it. Then I was told they were canceling my order and I would get a refund. Still have not received my credit. I feel the company is a scam.

      I did not hear back from the company but I did see that they credited my credit card back yesterday.  It only took them 1.5 to issue credit.
