I think they do horrible work and only want your money; they don't care! I payed good money for glasses there. I got everything on them, scratch resistant, etc. Well one month later I still was not happy, they just would not get clean. And then I noticed they were scratched as well. well, what did I do to have them be scratched. They are scratch resistant on top of that. They blamed me for this. I am extremely careful with my glasses. I did not say a thing. When I mentioned to them that the glasses constantly are dirty no matter how much I clean them they proceeded to laugh. She proceeded to start cleaning the lenses, I stood there for almost 5 minutes while she rubbed and tried to clean them. FIVE MINUTES? The receptionist. come on really? they finally were better, she handed them back and said, there's nothing wrong with these lenses. When I picked up the new Lense they made for me because of the scratch, The owner sat there and told me, and I quote " He doesn't like me ". (*******). I am not a complainer. I just want what I pay for. and I payed good money. ****** is a lot of money for quality lenses. I payed less in Brooklyn with my regular guy. They gave the cheapest lenses going with the cheapest coatings available. I' had glasses before that do block out the sun and that really are scratch resistant and that really do turn dark in light, as well as in my car. I am not new to this, and this is not my first rodeo. The only reason I went here is because my real glasses guy retired. I've had him for over 12 years. I wanted to stay close to home now. BIG MISTAKE! So now I have glasses that never get clean and are always straked no matter what I do so I went back to my old pair and these just got tossed aside in the drawer, I'm sure he doesn't care. because if he did, he would make it right. There true colors came shining through after they got my money. My mistake once again. So now you know my experience with this place. Hope it helps someone.
