I placed an order for boots on an online website. When they arrived they were much too big- not a problem I thought, Ill just return them.Website has you call for a return code- I emailed and called many, many times before a person (****) called me back to say sorry, they are changing company names, simply busy and heres my return code which will be emailed to me. It took another week and another dozen emails to finally get the code for my *** ** return label.I shipped my boots with the label **** sent me and within 2 weeks my package came back, as did another customers pair of boots. The boots are approx $300 each- so its not okay Im getting other customers boots returned to me.Its now going on 3 months, dozens and dozens of emails to their former and current email addressthey all bounce back. As well as many phone call attempts, leaving details messages and my name and numbernone are returned.They supposedly have a strict 30 day money back guarantee, however when they wont let you return within 30 days its a little impossible to make that happen- unless that is part of their game.Im at a loss as to how to get my money back and also how to help this stranger whose boots were sent to me get their issue resolved as well.I appreciate any and all help you can give in this matter.Thank you very much!Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by JJ Footwear regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The business did finally contact me and I was able to get the return ***** back to them; and I saw it was successfully delivered to them on 12/13, however as of today, 12/24 they have still not processed my return, and I am very concerned that although they got their product back, that I may never get my refund.
