      I purchased 2 ****** ****** 4ft Aluminum Extension Chute from this company on May 16,2024 for the price of 597.80 plus shipping cost of 148.81 via *** ground shipping for a total of 746.61. I decided that I no longer wanted the product on May 29,2024 and when *** ground shipping tried to deliver the package I refused delivery. I contacted the company and let them know I refused delivery and as per their policy I would get a refund as long as package was in same packaging and never opened but I would be charged from *** for a return fee. Well as stated in *** policy they don’t charge u for a returned ground shipping. Concrete mixer contacted me and sent me a email stating I would only get a refund of $346.22 cause *** is charging me a return fee of 255.12. This company is charging me for a free return per *** policy and I’m the one who paid for shipping so they charging me triple shipping fees. I have sent them *** policy and emails stating I would be contacting *** and the Bbb. This is not right and I think I should be refunded all my money back cause I already paid for shipping and *** does not charge for a refused delivery that was shipped ground shipping. So in total I’ve paid the company 746.80 plus the 255.12 they charging for *** return fee. For a total of 1001.92 to only end up with a refund of 346.22 which is a little more over the cost of one item which is $298.90. I’ve also asked them for the invoice from *** to show my shipping cost. I don’t see how *** is charging me double of what they charged them to ship it to me!!

      ****** ***** was aware the email address he was responding to is not monitored except during working hours and he chose to respond on the weekend not giving us a chance to make things right before making a complaint.  He originally responded to pay for the *** return charges.  When we received the attached charges from our *** bill from *********** we originally thought it was the charges to return the chutes.  I spoke to them this morning when I received the email complaint from ****** ***** and they confirmed it was the original charges to send the shipment and return them and no extra fee to return them.  I have since spoken to our owners who told me to refund them the full amount of the chutes $597.80, but not the original amount of shipping $148.81.  I did an additional refund of $255.14 today to their credit card and have attached the credit card receipt and the credit memo also.  With the first credit of $342.66 and the second credit of $255.12 he now has the original amount of the product $597.80 returned to his credit card.  Had he waited for a reply this morning this could have all been taken care of with a couple phone calls that I had to make to confirm with *** and our owners.  I have also replied to ****** ***** on our website email and sent him this information directly.
