I ordered a garage that took 8 months to be built and once it was delivered, they had forgotten to include the ramp to access the entrance and there was a remain balance of 1,700 and some change for a total of over 16,000 dollars total. So the driver tells me he would be back the next day with the ramp but he never showed up and another week went by still no ramp at this point I call the office and they told me there was death in the family and that they had forgotten about the ramp, at this point I told this is not considerate considering the time it took to get this garage in the first place and that I needed the ramp because the village assessor was coming to reassess the whole property since all the renovation we completed. The next day the assessor arrived to appraise the upgrade and the finished renovation, The assessor tells me although I had spent over 16,000 dollars this building they built could NOT qualify as a garage and in fact is considered a shed and not that of a garage and would not give me the credit what I paid and give 2,000 dollars credit and that is it. He said in order to classify as a garage for which he felt I was misrepresented and that in order to be a garage would need a ramp and requires a concrete floor in order to be classified as a garage. So I called Kirstin who told me this is a garage they sold me and the was to be delivered this afternoon and the driver would collect for the 1,700 balance and her delivered that afternoon the ramp and never rang my door bell to collect the balanced. I told Kirstin how can you sale me what is considered a shed for a garage for which the village assessor said absolutely no. Now she wanted me to pay over the phone for the remaining balance for the 2,000 dollar credit towards the cost of 16,000 dollars for a shed I told her no until I check with who did what here and she threatened leaving me a message we are coming to take away the garage from you if you don't pay now already paid 96% of it?!
