Hello. I had one front tooth repaired . The temporary bonding broke off and the posts bend upward cutting my lip and making it bleed. When i went back for the permanent crown the posts had snapped off. The dentist said that was fine and installed the crown without posts. That crown broke off a few months later. They wanted me to wait four months for an appointment. Please bear in mind this was a front tooth and ninety percent of it was now missing. I went to the office , adamantly complained and said if they didn't get me an appointment sooner I would contact The better business bureau and small claims court. They gave me an appointment for the following week. They repaired the large front tooth and did a bonding on the one next to it. Now. A few moths later both the crown and bonding have broken off. I called the office three times and they will not contact me. Please help. I highly suggest you take a look at their reviews online. Thank you.

04/11/2023    ******* ****** was a patient of Dr. *** ******, DDS, who did a Crown on #8 back in 2021.  Patient was not pleased with the work done and proceeded to tell us he was going to Albany for work going forward.  On November 22,  2022, the patient came into the office, demanding to see Dr. ***** due to not wanting to see *** again at all.  He told us that we needed to pull another patient out of the schedule for her to take care of his tooth.  We offered him an appointment for the next week, since Dr ***** had a full schedule to be able to do his work.  He yelled and demanded an appointment and told us that if he had to come back in the office, that he would have to be removed in handcuffs.   We did tell him that we might have an opening the following day and we would call him in an hour as we were waiting for confirmations, and he was fine with that.   He was maybe gone 15 minutes when Dr ******** came in and we proceeded to explain how he threatened us and made a huge scene, also Amanda S told him about the review he left even explaining he was going elsewhere.  Dr ******** had us call him and bring him in with him the following day.   The following day he did come in and Dr ******** fixed his front tooth.  Dr ******** did ask ******* to go back into the review and edit what he previously wrote and he agreed.  ******* seemed pleased when he left.  Dr ******** told us that if he did not change the review, that he could be dismissed from the Office.  Needless to say, he did not change his review, but added to it.  I did send the patient a dismissal letter.  As far as him saying that we never called him back, I tried several times and no answer.  With all of this said, he made the reception girls very nervous that he would come back and cause another scene, since he had already told them that next time he came in he would have to be removed in handcuffs.

Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Regards,  ******* ****** The response from Mobile Dental has nothing to do the fact that their treatment failed and I am currently missing ninety percent of one front tooth and and forty percent of the tooth next to it. They didn't even try to deny this, but rather attempted to demonize me because I went to the office after attempting to contact them multiple times by  phone and left them several messages to which they did not respond. The only one who telled was the office manager. At ne saying  "Go somewhere else!" Please check their online reviews and you will see numerous complaints regarding unreturned phone calls. The "Girls" at the front desk kept telling me I had to wait four months to have my teeth repaired. This was unacceptable,  so I was insistent. In their response they said that the dentist decided to  "dismiss" me after I did not change my review to his liking. I am sixty three tears old and neither have I , nor anyone I know has ever heard of such a policy by a medical provider. This is just one of many shady and unethical practices used by this company to get rid of patients who complain and / or leave negative reviews. Please check their reviews and you can immediately see this is true. I would have changed my reviews had the treatment not failed so soon. They also claimed that they tried to contact me several times by phone and I did not respond. This is a blatant lie which can be substantiated by phone records. They must be held accountable for mistreating not only myself but a long list if other ******** and ******** patients, which is immediately obvious by perusing their online reviews. All I am asking for is a refund of  my five hundred dollar co- payment and that they reimburse ********.

The format through which we are discussing these matters does not allow for a clinical recounting of patient history, supported by radiological determinations and narratives. However, if it did, it would be evident that there are critical pieces of information missing from Mr. ******** rebuttal. Yes, we have done a poor job managing the online reviews of our practice; a practice dedicated to the ******** and indigent populations of Northern and Central NY. We are engaging a program to capture all the wonderful results, and happy patients, that have been with us for 20 years .As a BBB member, if appropriate, we would be happy to share those results with you, there will be an expeditious and extraordinary change.  Conjecture aside, the reality is this…..Dr. *** ****** is possibly the best dental clinician I have ever encountered. His clinical and tactical skills are beyond reproach.  As this situation, from inception, has been driven by discontent and toxicity, we are happy to resolve and conclude it. If Mr. ****** is willing to share a current address, and agree this matter has concluded, we will issue him a full refund for any and all out of pocket expenses.  Regards,  ****** *****   Edward J.
