I order all windows to be replaced took 5 months windows came in one Eyebrow window was not right size. Installed 12/28/21 contacted owner High salesman Kevin and installer Chad. 1 window was broken Hugh came to my house gathered # and ordered the replacement Jan 22 several screen were damaged upon install still no word left several messages on the voicemail no one has gotten back to me. I have contacted the lender that I am using to dispute this as well! I like the product I just want the the project completed. I’m not paying for most of the windows I want all the windows replaced and someone from the company to return my calls. I appreciate the support and coaching to make this right. My roof that was installed by Quad teck has been falling apart. No phone calls returned by quad teck, today I went to the office address for Quad teck and the gentleman that responded to the doo, that was locked told me he thinks they went out of business. When I informed him that the person I spoke to in the office next door drove the car that was in the parking lot and he worked for them. When I confronted the gentleman he said that was his car, but he didn’t work for them and he has to go back to work.Initial Complaint

Initial contract signed 2/23/21. Updated contract (due to increased cost of material 5/13/2021). Paid a down payment of $500. Contract was to have existing roof removed and a pitched roof built in its place. Work was never done and they turned over the building permits saying they were temporarily closed due to COVID. They did have a subcontract come out to start the work, but materials were wrong so work was not done. Subcontactor put two holes in the roof that they did not patch or tell us about. We discovered it when a water spot appeared in celling of the master bedroom and two electrical outlets stopped working. We contact Quadtech and they said they would have the subcontract resolve the issue. No response since and we have tried to reach them multiple times.Initial Complaint

I got a new roof installed in June/July. Since then I have contacted the salesman and the company about leaks. My son's room in the attic has water damage that did not exist before the roof was done. The roof around my chimney was leaking before and it is still leaking now. I have called them (at the number on their card) 3 weeks in a row and the phone was never answered and I left a voicemail with my name, phone number and complaint each time. The salesman also told me he contacted them, but still no response has been received. I have photos as well as a video of the roof leaking around the chimney (honestly, it's worse than before). The team the did the install was rough and broke some of my siding (but the did have someone fix them) when they were tearing the ole roof off we had neighbors comment about how rough and messy they were (they left a mess every day). I spent $16,000 on a new roof and did not go through insurance and I can't even get proper support after the install.
