I have cancelled service with this company and they will not come to pick up their garbage toters. They have been sitting out by the road for 3 weeks and neighbors are complaining and nobody will come to get the toters. I have called and left several emails to try to get someone to come remove the old toters from my property. I don’t know what other steps to take. Please help!Initial Complaint

I have paid for a year's worth of service from Lilac Disposal, but 3 out of the last 4 weeks the pickup has been late multiple days without communication. I have called the business multiple times to attempt to resolve the issue but have yet to get a return call despite leaving a voicemail with a request for a call back. I have also tried to cancel the auto-renewal of my service on their web portal several times but keep getting an error message and the service still shows that it will be billed on August 16th. I have also called regarding this and not gotten a call back.
