Carrier agreed to do a shipment for me from Enid OK to Palm Springs CA. They asked for a deposit of 40% ($240) at the end of March, they said they only accept *****, money was sent to a Judith D C**** / Quick Service Rapid to an Ally bank account ending in **** (I don't have the other numbers). The job was supposed to be done in April, after sending the deposit they never answered to emails ********************** or ******************** or phone, text or calls **************. I went to your website yesterday to check them and found out that someone else (Al S) had exactly the same experience. What should I do ? Thank you. ******  The only documents I have are emails and text messages, I don't know how to forward them to you...

Response taken by phone:  The customer was refunded $1440.88 via ***** on 1/24/2022 At 12:11 PM (Transaction attached).  There was $200 cancellation fee and service charges deducted, that were incurred due to his payment method.

Hi Lou Ann, thanks for your help. Please see the previously submitted PDF document with the pertinent information highlighted. The agreement stated that a full refund minus a $200 admin fee would be made. A full refund minus a $200 admin fee was not received as a refund. Nowhere did the agreement state that extra "transaction fees" would be charged and not refunded. If there were transaction fees they should be included in the $200 admin fee. The agreement clearly states "Full refund less a $200 admin fee".

      Thanks,

This customer was refunded per the terms of the agreement on 1/24/2022.  He has lied to the BBB & to the State Attorney‘s General Office.  The customer also lied about why he was cancelling the transport. While we don’t care the reason, the refund was granted, authorized, and processed long ago but he conveniently leaves that out. The amount of lies from this man when they weren’t necessary is astonishing. He didn’t need the transport, and we moved on. But he gave a huge story how he can’t provide for his kids, but he bought a boat We reached out to AK Child Protective Services Dept. as I sincerely felt concerned by his behavior and claims. . He later admitted he did buy the boat and transported himself which is fine, but just another lie. We have emails and voicemails showing multiple lies, and he continues to do so. We’ve refunded him long ago, see attached, and he threatens to lie and has vowed to harm our reputation on every platform he can find. He’s not worth anymore of our time. We treated him professionally and fairly. He wanted to cancel, we granted it, plain and simple.  He cannot prove otherwise. I can’t imagine how he files these complaints about not recovering a refund, when it’s well documented that he did, and without any challenge on our part. He really is the single most dishonest person we’ve interacted with. Again, please see the attached proof of refund LONG BEFORE THE COMPLAINT. Not sure what his goal is or where he finds the time. See attached refund.
