      My referral for a cpap was sent by my doctor in September 2022. It is now November 30 2022 and I am still waiting for a cpap I have made 3 calls to find out what is holding up my equipment. I have been told the person that was working on the referral was no longer employed there and also missing so me documentation. The referral would be given to another employee to process it. After a few weeks I called again. Was told that the “first page of the sleep study was missing from the file. They would try to get it from the referring doctor. After a few weeks called again. Still no first page if sleep study. Referring doc does not have it. I called sleep study company, got a copy of the study. I am going to take my business somewhere else.

      Very disappointed in the lack of service and total lack of accountability. On June 5th ordered supplies via the website. Two weeks later, I still hadn't had a response to my order. I sent an email and received a call back. The person claimed they had no record of an order through the web portal. I find this odd because the same thing happened a year ago. I figured they would eventually figure out how to do business online like the millions of other companies in the world. I placed my order over the phone and was told the supplies would be ready in a few days. Now, a week later I still have no supplies. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager. The person wouldn't let me speak to anyone in charge. They kept asking me what the problem was and they would take care of it. I explained the issue and they said they would take care of it and put me on hold. Several minutes later, someone new came on the line and said my order was hung up in the warehouse in Kentucky. They had no idea when it would be ready. I am trying to support local businesses, but when I have placed my supply order through Amazon I received it within 2-3 days. This is totally unacceptable. First, if your company cannot handle or manage online supply orders, DON'T make it an option on the website. Second, take accountability when things go wrong and put a manager on the phone. If you are afraid to escalate issues to a manager than nothing will ever get fixed. Pro2 LLC has lost a customer for good.

      Terrible place to go. Just needed new head gear and they tried to make me see a "therapist." When I said no they claimed that ******** said my account was not active. Then said ******** denied they were my primary insurance and that ******** and my secondary insurance company both said each other was primary. Odd since I have seen 3 Dr.s in last 2 weeks and never ran into this issue. Told me it was my problem and I had to work it out with insurance. Also told me I could get my supplies somewhere. Again odd since I purchased the machine from them in the first place. Lousy service and worse attitude. Won't go back.
