I have had similar problems to other complainants on this site. The SLAY app charged me twice (for two different memberships) and are an absolutely brick wall to contact. I could not protest the charge on my credit card because they wanted me to contact the company first. I have been locked out of my online account, they will not send me a new password to get back in, and they do not respond to my customer support emails through the app.Initial Complaint

I paid to use their app but their app would not allow me to sign in. Even with a password reset I couldn't sign in. This company continues to charge me $9.99 on a monthly basis for their app which I cannot use due to an issue with their system. I also couldn't cancel since they state that you must cancel from within the app which their system will not allow me to log in to. I also requested cancelation and a full refund and the company keeps delaying this request. I have been charged for 5 months of service which they could not provide. They are unlawfully taking my money as their app cannot be used due to their own system issues.Business response

The customer was refunded and the subscription has been canceled. Unfortunately, we have extreme delays with providing responses for the month of Dec thus far due to increased volumes but this refund was already issued for the last 3 renewals. In September when the customer first reached out to us, we did advise her that we did make an adjustment to her account which can be seen in the second communication and she did not return until November.Customer response
