I purchased my home in February of 2022, a new heating system was installed 4 months prior to me buying the home October of 2021. About one month later I noticed black ashes in the furnace room. I contacted my maintenance company to explain what happened. They suggested to call who installed it since it was just about 6 months old and it should be covered under warranty. I contacted Mazzacone plumbing and the suggested I call someone to come and clean it because it can harm the machine itself. I hired ***** heat as my provider for my oil and maintenance of the equipment. With the contract, I get two cleanings included in the price. The tech came out to do the service, he discovered the piece that malfunctioned and what caused the co2 sensors to go off. This is very harmful to my family! In the process of cleaning the machine, he saw a pile of metals in the machine itself. That pile of metals were the actual hinges, nuts and bolts that is supposed to hold the door to the machine in place. I have photos showing that. I contacted Mazzacone plumbing and they completely want nothing to do with and keep repeating that they didnt do the job for me and are telling to hire someone to fix it. This is very unprofessional and are accusing me with tampering with the machine. Something that should have costed me absolutely nothing, is up to 500 dollars so far, not including the piece that malfunctioned.

Hello we received from you guys a person not even a customer who is making a complaint against our business. The compliant ID is ********.

I want to start off by saying this homeowner who is putting in this complaint we have never worked for or have any contract with. He purchased a house from a old client of ours who we did business with. I installed a boiler back a year ago and when we did we left the job with no issues. The old clients of ours had no complaints and never called us with a issue. The boiler was fully operational and worked through the whole heating season without a issue. This new person ******************* moved into the house after the old owners sold it. We never had a contract or did work for him. He states we did something wrong meanwhile he called other plumber in the house and I dont know what they did to the system. In addition and more importantly then that the manor in which *** called our business was completely out of line. Last week he reached out to us 9/20/22 threatening us to come out and fix a issue or refund him money. If we didnt do it he threatened there would be problems both for my business and physically. A police report was filed the next day against him and his address reflecting his threat. Me nor any of my men have ever stepped foot in his house since he owned it not will we because I will not endanger my mens life or mine dealing with a highly unprofessional and potentially dangerous client. He needs to high his own plumber to fix whatever is going on. As we stated I have no contract or have ever done work for this man. We have been in business for over 70 years and no issues we always stand by our work, but this absolutely wrong and unprofessional for him to even do this to us considering we never worked for him and warranty period of work is only 90 days anyway, and once again I never had -complaint from my own client either.

      Thx,
