      The job was finished poorly, with missing and lose bricks, lack of sand and just poor execution. Owner did not do a quality check on his workers after we contacted him to have him look over his staffs work. He claimed to be a perfectionists, however, when my husband contacted him he claimed he saw pictures from his workers and thought it looked fine! The problem is that he did not know how to work with a porch with a lip. We have him on the **** when he came out to put on the application that needed to cure a day, saying he would just come back and do it all in one day instead and then when he did the stones didn't stick. He asked me for my thoughts and then had his staff come and do it, but they did it poorly. He then blamed me for the idea and took no responsibility. I sent him pictures and he said he would come out and look and refund us some money, but never showed up and has not contacted us since. It's a shame as the part of the work that was done when he came to the job was good, but he does not check his staff's work and he is defensive. It was a dream come true of mine to get this done and unfortunately the experience ended on a sour note. If he had just come out and actually looked at poor execution of his staffs work, it could have been resolved amicably. He claims he used his own stone for the last part, but kept the culture stone that we paid for. We didn't ask him to use his own stock and we want a refund for the stone we paid for so we can get it fixed appropriately. More stones are falling off and it is a trip hazard. I told him when there was an issue in the beginning with the start date and the vendor not having our order, it was not about the mistake but how it gets resolved, but apparently that did not matter in the end. I truly did not want to put in a complaint, but as he chose to not follow through on his promise of a refund, and we have loose, falling off and crooked stones, missing sand, and the end result looks bad, he gave me no choice.

      BBB spoke to ****** at the business and the following was relayed: We did everything that she asked.  Changes were made by her, we rolled with those changes and did what she wanted.  We did the original job, she wanted changes made so we redid the job according to her change requests.  After the redo, she paid in full and was happy with no complaints.  Then she wanted us to redo the job for a third time.  With time and labor costs, I am just able to redo it for a third time,  We did everything that she asked us to.  She told us what she wanted, how she wanted it and we did that.  Then she changed her mind and we redid it according to her new wants and new directions.  But I can't do it a third time now.  We always try to go above and beyond- but.  I mean I offered her a $1,000 refund.  I have pictures and text messages to back this all up if BBB would like them, just let me know.  Again, we did everything according to what and how she wanted it done.  Twice.  We can't a third time.   Thank you.  Let me know if you want the texts and pictures.

      I hired the this company to come out to my house and plow snow. I sent pictures of the driveway before the snow. The owner knew it was gravel. He went off the driveway got stuck .plowed snow into existing handicapped lift and walkway. He destroyed the driveway. I paid the first installment for a seasonal rate of 187. After this event I said to refund me 137 and keep 50 for his time. He won't refund me back and won't fix the driveway. He has threatened to kill my husband in a text. He is rude and unprofessional.

      I gave the owner of Dreamscape CNY a cash deposit of $7500 on September 15, 2021, to install pavers in my back yard. I call no answer, I text and only thing he texted is that the pavers are still not in. Basically at this time I would just want my money back.

      I have more conversations also on my cell phone of calls he made to me. I also have an eye witness that can speak on my behalf that he saw Mr. Gilbert at my when he was doing my quote on my back yard. Also have a bank receipt withdrawal for the same amount.
