I signed a contract in September, 2021 and wrote a check for $4,000.00 deposit for having my driveway redone. He said late October but the weather turned bad so I figured this spring it would be done (check not cashed). I heard from him in April….something about lost mail and not receiving the contract. He said we were high priority because of the mix up, cashed the check and told us early May it would be done. Tomorrow is July first and I have heard nothing even after multiple phone calls (mailbox is full) and even trying to find their physical location (never did).Initial Complaint

We contracted ER Bront to do our Driveway Oct 27, 2021 to be installed 2nd-3rd week of Nov. They never came or called us or returned our deposit of 1800.00. We have been trying to contact him time and time again From March 21st 2022, April 8th 2022, was suppose to call us second week in May we then started calling him returned our call May 17, 2022 . He agreed to come up Between May 21st - May 31st and did not show up. Dropped off a bobcat loader May 26th said he would return May 30th and never came back to do the job. We called him Wednesday the 1st and and asked for our deposit back and said he would come up on the 2nd to return our deposit after 4pm , but he came onto our property without permission in the afternoon to retrieve the loader with out paying us.
