    On 4/25/23 at 5pm I ordered online a meatball and a tuna sub to be delivered. The app said delivery time would be 5:20. I live very close. At 5:35 the doordash driver that was delivering my sub said that subway does not have meatballs. 15 minutes after I should’ve received my order. I said ok I’ll still take the tuna but want a refund in the meatball. The door dash driver said that seeing I ordered from subway they me. I call have to refunded subway back sand spoke to a woman at subway that was very very rude said door daefund me and “give me a break lady”. I told her to cancel my whole order and to F off. Spoke to door dash agah had to rin insisting that subway had to refund on me. I called subway and spoke to I believe a manager who insisted that door dash would refund me and that doordash had to refund me and they did have meatballs. I told her I did not want anything from their restaurant but a refund. She told me if I didn’t get a refund by 4/27:23 to come into the store and she would refund my money. I said thank you. I had tried the online subway support and got an email saying door dash had to refund me. I tried calling and left my number for a callback but never received a call. I tried an online subway complaint form but no keypad popped up for date of service so could not submit. Yesterday the charge appeared on my online credit card statement showing it was indeed subway that charged me. I went to the store with this proof. The girl at the counter called her district manager that new nothing of the case and she said door dash had to refund me even though I showed her a screenshot of the subway charge. I was livid. Said I want leaving so they’d better figure it out. She gave me the managers phone number I called and explained and received no call back. I called again and no call. She had just hung up with girl behind counter that I believe was texting her so this manager was avoiding my call. They owe me a refund

    I am not happy with my shopping experience from 10-15-23. I used the mobile app to place my order and the pick up time was 6:35pm. My order was not ready and there was only one employee making a sub for another customer. The store hours say closing is 10pm. At 7pm the employee locked the doors, she proceeded to make my order and the three subs took till 7:10pm to make and they were out of lettuce. The employee appeared to be doing more closing of equipment than making my subs. When I got home with the subs, one of them was clearly burnt to the point that it was inedible. I tried calling the store but since she closed early there was no answer, instead there was an automated catering message. I decided to try calling the store the next day and once again the phone number is answered by an automated response. I chose the catering option since it was the only option. The person that answered the phone was not the store but instead was a third party and they tried calling the store several times and the store did not answer so she suggested I need to go to the store. I spoke with someone that identified as the manager and I explained the circumstances to my poor experience and she did not apologize but instead said I should have called last night. After telling her about that experience she said “well you should have brought them into the store, I can’t give you free food” Again I reiterated the specifics and she said, “well you should have taken pictures”. After being adamant that I wanted replacements she said she would call her manager and that manager told her to replace them. The bottom line is both experiences were very cumbersome and press zero to get the store to potentially answer. I’m not sure if Becky and Chris B******* still own this store but I am sure they would not approve of the experience.
