      I had Gutters installed that incl new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards in March of 2023. This company uses a logo of BBB accreditation which unfortunately I did not verify. The job included a 5 year guarantee on the workmanship and products. I was concerned with the quality fo the gutters and the gutter guards when the job was completed. I was assured that not to worry anything happened he would honor the guarantee. Well I was right they didn't even survive the first winter with a good wind storm. I have made multiple hone calls and sent multiple emails all of which go unreturned. funny how when I was deciding on the job I got return calls within the hour.

      Hired **** from Five Star Roofing to replace my siding& roofs because of leaks& after he subbed out my job to another contractor I still have leaks. They also didn't dispose of the debris properly & I had to pay additional money to my own plumber to clear out my sewer after these workers put the debris down my sewer. I informed **** of this but he refuses to reimburse me. His workers were also urinating in between my& my neighbor's home but I didn't notice till after they had finished the job. Their inexperience also caused my neighbor's home to have a leak when they didn't have one before. My neighbor got another roofer to look at the ********* said Five Star Roofing's work was an "amateur job". I now have to find a real roofer to come& try to figure out where the leaks are coming from. I want to be reimbursed for my plumber's bill& to find another roofer.

      Shortly before the pandemic. I spent close to 20k to do my roof over. The roof still leaks until this day (Aug 2023) **** promised a warranty but never deliver on his promise. Would not recommend this company. He now says to spend more to do any extra work. The receipt I received also looks sketchy and fictitious

      I did my roof job with five star roofing on ***************************************** ************ and sign a 15 year warranty if any leak reoccur they would come out at no additional charge. Now they have not come out fix anything. my cell # is ************

       Hi. **** keep saying that he's sorry and he going to send his crew, but one of his worker told me he will do the job but I will have to pay the worker not the company. I feel that the company should come out and do the job not a worker on the side and then asking me if there is any cost i will have to pay the worker.

      On Nov 8, 2021 I hired Five Star Roofing to fix a leak around chimney. I paid $3,200 and was given a 10 year labor and material warranty.The roof still leaks, I have contacted Five Star Roofing on many occasions and was told they will send someone to fix it; that was over a year ago. No one came; Five Star Roofing is just pushing me around.I would like my problem fixed as per their contract. Thank you.

      we are very sorry for any inconvenience to this consumer *************** we would be more than happy to assess the situation and do any necessary repairs at our own cost. We understand his frustration and we will do whatever it takes to fix this leak. Unfortunately the secretary we had was not forwarding our messages to us so we was un aware of the situation and we was un aware we received this complaint with BBB now that we know we will do whatever it takes to fix the leak.
