if I could give less than one star, I would. I am a salesman myself and I can tell you that the employees in this business does not care about the quality of their service. I paid for the five ****** package on May 9th as a Mothers Day gift for my wife. The first two ******s were conducted by this gentleman that harassed my wife during the entire ****** regarding her personal relationship and boyfriends. he made her drive around the same two blocks without teaching any essential items. The entire duration of the two ******s, he spoke about how much he missed his girlfriend back in ******. it was extremely unprofessional and I was furious when my wife told me. I didnt spend $350 for my wife to be harrased. eventually, when I complained about the instructor, the administration at the school let me know that they had let the instructor go because of similar complaints from other customers. they offered to upgrade my package to compensate for the inconvenience, since July until November I never received a call back regarding a ****** being scheduled. every time I called back, they said that all of their instructors were booked and that we would receive a call back if anyone cancels. I was very patient and cordial during this process, however I never received a call back. finally, once they picked up my call recently, they claimed that they dont recall upgrading my ****** package. I was angry, but I compromised and asked if the pick up and drop off service can be from a different Address which is only about 15 minutes further as a substitute, they immediately denied it. I received no help, as a final measure, I asked for a refund for the package. I originally paid by ***** to the Young girl sitting in their main office. All they had to do was ***** me the money back, which if you have experience with *****, you know that the money comes back immediately. instead, the young girl at the counter said that I would have to wait 7 to 14 business days as well as pay a $30 application fee to receive my money back. After all my patience, multiple chances that I gave to this school, I received not an ounce of compromise from them. I have yet to receive my refund, or even a call back. Be aware of the male instructors and the lack of passion that the employees have in this business. Aldis five star reviews seemed great until I came to the epiphany that they might be doctored. Dont be fooled.
