I would not recommend **** and Sons Contractors locatedOzone Park in ****** to the dog!!!..It took him a week and half to get a permit that someone else got in a few days and when I asked for the refund or at least some of the money back he basically told me the permit cost the entire amount.Just how he stole from me he will get stolen from..You do not steal people's hard earned money.

PLEASE READ: **** GHOSTED ME WHEN MY INSPECTION FAILED. I don't want any other homeowner to experience what I went through with **** AND SONS. The insurance is probably under a different name. The *** he gave me was under SKYVISION CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Initially, I was taken in by his sales pitch as a pro in the field. Per my hiring, he secured 5 jobs on my block. **** needed to use my electricity to break the cement, which tripped the power; therefore, he secured a generator the next day. The contractor's primary goal is to have the foresight to know what will and will not pass. Per the **** **** and Sons neglected the surrounding cracked tiles. I even asked him to repair the crack; he said he would and never did. Upon completion, he told me that the inspection had passed but not according to the **** *** sent me an email with **** on the copy saying that it was only submitted for inspection and that we would need to wait 45 days. **** said, "It was a mistake, and he was human". **** didn't expect me to contact the *** directly, which is a process in and of itself. This meant he would have to wait 45 days for his balance as per the agreement, and I also notified my neighbors. To my surprise, **** GHOSTED ME, AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN after numerous attempts to resolve this matter. As a result, I'm reporting him to consumer affairs because *** notified me a year later of another violation for that same crack he said he would fix. They said they contacted him directly because his name was on the permit, but he never shared that with me, nor did he get his balance. The *** had a special inspector come out and send me pictures of the crack. NOW, repairing such a small job will cost me more than the original. AFTER MY REVIEW POSTED ON THUMBTACK, **** CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY & SAID HE WOULD ASSUME FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. HE WANTED TO PUT THE PERMIT IN MY NAME, I REFUSED IT WAS AGAINST THE *** GUIDELINES. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS, AND THERE IS STILL NO PERMIT!!!

They laid new cement on my walkway commencing December 26, 2023. Within less than 2 months, by February 20, 2024 the cement was crumbling. I tried reaching out to them numerous times with no response. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from them.******************

They did a horrible job where the chalking above the window was falling off within 6 months of the job. I wish I can put the pictures up on this website.I have called several times but they have responded to any of my requests.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY JOBS IN THE FUTURE.

Thet come to you give you an estimate and are extremely nice they promise you everything then I paid them and they didnt finish the job , they left the garbage on the lawn and they did not complete the job do not use this company they are not honest
