After I pull out my window on my side wasn't going up and it was cold and raining with snow.So I called my company and report the problem. I talked with Patrick the owner of this company I work for.He told me to open the fuse box and look for a burn up fuse for that window and I found it and he said move it forward where you found the burn up fuse.Than a bunch of lights codes covered my dash bord.So I moved that fuse back and nothing happened is when I call for road service. A young guy by the name Johnathan showed up because he was in the area.He start checking all fuses with his taste tool.He even went under the hood at the box and he said he add it one. That didn't work so he he hooked up his computer and a bunch of codes came that he wasn't familiar with.He sart Google those codes but unsuccessful. He talked with his dad and ask Johnathan to tell him to came abd fixt the issue.Iost a load because incompetence, knowledge to work on commercial trucks.I have nothing agents the guy but he need to be train properly or going the school. He couldn't fix my truck to go back to work and still charge my credit card $328,57 I was very unhappy about that.I drove very slow 15 miles to ***** dealer and they fix it in the same day for$270,86
This deal cost me out of my packet $600.
I just want them to refund my money on my ******** ******* Card the whole amount $328,57 and I will forget about this bad experience.

I have a driver trying to avoid paying a bill that he'd already been cut a brake on On 11/16/21 I sent my employee to a road call, when my mechanic showed up the driver had already had the fuses out of the fuse box. Jonathan had placed them where they belonged, replaces 2 -30 amp fuses and checked ecu, ems which were all good. Checked transmission fuses and relays. The driver is claiming we lost fuses and didn't do anything and wants a full refund. I sent my employee to do a job that the driver had already messed with. I do not feel he should get a refund. We are an onsite service he was told the labor rates, fuel and service charges before we showed up.
