      Our refrigerator stopped working.- we called ** (manufacturer) they gave us multiple ** certified technicians/ companies - we called multiple companies and found out that they do not service refrigerators - we called another company on the list who did and assessment and told us the compressor was dead. Turns out they were not ** certified.- we worked our way down the ************** Fleet appliance. They assured us they had the compressor and said it would be a few for them to come out reassess and then replace the compressor.- the fee was paid, they came out (with no compressor) and told us yes the compressor is bad. And then left with out replacing it.- again we called them back and they said they actually had to order the compressor since it was not in stock and it would be several hundred dollars to replace. We agreed and over a week later they received the part and scheduled the service.- service provider returned almost 2 weeks later, harassed my father that he couldnt get to the back of the refrigerator (which there was access to). He opened up some panels cut the old compressor out and then said it was actually the condenser and we needed to order another $300 part. - we scheduled since we were now over $1,000 into the repair.- over a week later the technician came to install the new compressor/condenser. Again complaining the entire time. Technician went to leave with out notification and without plugging the refrigerator back in. My father caught him and mad him plug the unit in. - its been plugged in for over 36hours and the temperature inside is still 88 degrees. - now they are saying they cant have another technician out till next week.This has been going on for over 5 weeks now this needs to be resolved

      ON JULY 03,2002 I HAD MY ** REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED BY A TECHNICIAN NAMED ***** FROM FLEET APPLIANCE. DURING THE REPAIR HE KICKED A CAN OF PAINT DOWNSTAIRS DAMAGING THE CARPETING, PANELLING, WOOD MOLDING, AREA RUGS, SNEAKERS, SHOES AND WORK SHOES.

      Hello, I am so sorry for your issue. When we asked ***** he had no knowledge of a paint can and you did not tell him or us that he did this.

      On 9/7 I paid this company a $200 deposit to fix my dishwasher. They told me it would take about a week to fix. After 2 months my dishwasher was not fixed and I wanted to use a different company so I asked for my deposit back. They told me they were not giving my money back. In the paperwork I signed for the job it says nothing about your money would not be returned. They were rude and very unprofessional to me

      To Whom it may concern,


      I am sorry for the miscommunication. On 9/7/22, ********************** called in for a service call to have a ******** Dishwasher serviced after 3pm. We set up a call for the same day. ***** advised the dispatch fee to send the technician to assess the issue is $129.95 plus tax and it is non-refundable. ********************** agreed to this. We sent the technician out and he said the switch is needed to repair the dishwasher. The estimate quoted was $344.20 plus tax for parts and labor. ********************** agreed to order the part and gave a $200.00 deposit.


      One 9/8/2022 we informed ********************** that the manufacturer did not have the part available and we were told it would take 10 to 14 days. We contacted ********************** on 9/19/22, 9/22/22, 9/27/22, 9/30/22, 10/12/22 and 10/20/22 informing him of the manufacturer not having the part available until 11/5/22. On 10/22/22 ******************** wanted to cancel the part order and wanted a refund, we immediately refunded his bankcard for $58.84, the rest of the deposit was applied to the Non-Refundable dispatch fee of $141.16.


      We explained to ********************** multiple times, by multiple employees and managers, that we only use authorized original manufacturer parts, and we have no control if the manufacturer does not have the part. This is due to a supply chain issue. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
