July 6, 2022 - ***** contacted me via phone and offered to list our Timeshare for a first payment of $850 and make offers for others to use our Timeshare for $2,000; we were supposed to get offers for ten such uses. After completion and collection of $20,000 after ten uses, we were to make a second payment of $850 to Luxury Marketing Club. She told me we would be receiving offers. Not once did we get an offer or any other communication between us. I started making calls and leaving messages for *****.July 12, 2023 - ***** and I continuedto play phone tag. On the 11th, I left a message for a call back, with no success August 16, 2023 - Still playing phone tag and have not been able to connect with ***** October 10, 2023 - At this point I continue to send emails and get no responses Februrary 15, 2024 -I keep requesting a refund, since nothing has been done.April 5, 2024 - I, again, expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund of the $850 Our ID LISTING NUMBER IS *****. All I received was an email with this number asking that I retain it for my records. No contract was ever sent or signed. I was going by her salesmanship and believed her. Emails were sent on above dates. Did not submit claim sooner, hoping they would make good on this proposal. Believe me when I say we are not well off by any mens and are simply respectfully requesting a full refund of $850. Not once, at any time, did ***** refer me to any websites or policies, etc. I have a very rare auto-immune disease on topo of other very serious ailments. I don't think about these things every day, due to so much stress

A person from Luxury Marketing Club called us regarding advertising our vacation property with Club Wyndham, promising that they could rent our specific 6 week unit at $2200 per week. We went into contract on 8/1/2022 and paid $4000 on 8/1/2022. We waited the requisite 6 months with no specific performance. We have received 0 offers. Starting on 3/4/2023, we have attempted to contact Luxury Marketing Club and left various voicemails over the last 6 months with no response. Each time we have called, the "Marketing Clubs" answering service can provide no information but promises that our information will be relayed to someone who can help. To date, we have never received any response (returned calls or emails). We are extremely frustrated at this point and disappointed in the lack of communication. Unfortunately, at this point it feels like we were scammed. We have been patient and understanding for the last 6 months. We have not been able to get updates from the company regarding our account and firmly believe that there have been no efforts to actually successfully advertise/sell our vacation weeks as contracted by The Luxury Marketing Club.

It has been 47days since the last time I was able to communicate with someone regarding our 8 advertised weeks with The Luxury Marketing Club. I have left numerous voicemails and sent several emails and have not received any response. We went into contract on 8/23/2022 to have 8 weeks advertised. We paid $3,192.00 to have our 8 weeks advertised for $1800 per week. Since that date we have not received ANY offers. We have requested by phone and email that we want our weeks to continue to be advertised past the initial contracted days due to not receiving any offers. In January 2023 we lowered our cost per week as advised by the previous customer service representative that we were able to speak to. The last time we were able to communicate with a customer service rep was 3/28/2023 at ****** EST. When we call, the customer service line either continuously rings, rings and disconnects or sometimes gives us the opportunity to leave a voice message. Our voicemails have gone unanswered as well as our emails. We are extremely frustrated at this point and disappointed in the lack of communication. Unfortunately, at this point it feels like we were scammed. We have been patient and understanding for the last 9 months. We have not been able to get updates from the company regarding our account and firmly believe that there have been no efforts to actually successfully advertise/sell our vacation weeks as contracted by The Luxury Marketing Club.

I was contacted by this company in regards to our timeshare with ******. We are unsure how they obtained our information, after contacting ******** was told they know nothing about this company. After being on the phone for some time we were told that our timeshare would be listed on their website. Was also told that we would be receiving emails with contract info which was never received. This company is very hard to get a hold of when you have questions. It has been weeks and have yet to hear anthing about the rental for our timeshare. No calls no Emails. By calling the number provided they dont give you much information on how this all works. We feel this business is a scam and not worth the headache. When we decided to list our weeks for renting to get some of our money back due to unable to take vacations we had to pay money just for them to list this for us. SCAM SCAM SCAM.... be aware, we didnt have the extra money to list this but was assured in the end it would be worth it.... NEVE AGAIN

The luxury marketing club called me on 7/16/2022 and promoted a time share opportunity for me to rent out my bonus weeks to companies and other buyers. Being a new time share owned I believed they were telling the truth and that I could pay a one the fee to utilize my bonus time and in turn receive double the amount after these companies utilized the time share. After paying I heard nothing from them and when I called the lady who answered the phone was unable to answer any of my questions and finally admitted that they were in fact not associated with my deeded time share contract holders. Some how this business had access to all of my personal information that was vital to getting me to agree to their fraudulent service. I have yet to see any results and upon requesting a refund I have not been given one. Please do not utilize this company and I am here to say stay away from Luxury marketing club.
