      Trans. Date; 2/5/2024. Ordered custom blinds. Received blinds with wrong measurements. Put in warranty claim and received new blinds with exact same wrong measurements. Filed another claim and was denied. Given alternative of adjusting the correct size myself or taking them to an outlet 60 miles away to have them cut to correct size. Sent photos of measurements of blinds and excess slats involved. Their warranty claim states 1 to 3 excess slats are permissible. My blinds were 8 inches longer than ordered and had 5 excess slats , not within 1 to 3 slats stated. Ordered blinds through Select Blinds.com. Order #*******.

      I purchased fans from this company. They all make noise and some of the remotes dont work, and the lights pops and makes unsettling noises. I have contacted the company and they just sent new fans in unopened boxes. The problem is those have issues too! And most importantly you have to hire an electrician to take them down and put them up. So you cant find out they are not working properly until you have paid an electrician to put them up. I contacted the company again but havent heard a word back. I think the quality of their products are very poor and they should do quality control before they sell these fans.

      Hunter Douglas does not sell Fans. I believe the consumer has the wrong company. We only fabricate window coverings.

      Our Hunter Douglas shades have not worked properly since installation. Numerous calls and emails to Hunter Douglas have gone unanswered. A lot of money was spent on their shades and they do not back their warranty. The shades are terrible and do not work. We should've gone with Lutron shades.

THE ***** SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 17, 2023.THE DEALER THAT I PLACED THE ***** THROUGH ************** WINDOW FASHIONS) HAS BEEN FANTASTIC IN TRYING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION WITH HUNTER DOUGLAS; TO NO AVAIL. HUNTER DOUGLAS DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO INFORM MY DEALER THAT THERE WOULD BE AN EXTENDED DELAY WITH MY ***** SO I COULD DECIDE WHAT TO DO. I CHOSE HUNTER DOUGLAS BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE (OR SO I BELIEVED). MY ROMAN ***** IS THE LAST MISSING PIECE TO COMPLETE MY KITCHEN WINDOW TREATMENTS.       I have received communication from Hunter Douglas. The company has told me that they will be overnighting my order to my installer on October 31, 2023 for delivery to them on November 1, 2023 before 12PM. Expedited shipping is the least they can do; however I believe there should be an additional courtesy extended to us to right this extensive delay.

      I purchased Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades in early 2018. They look great and really help keep out the cold/heat. I believe it was in the first few months where one of the shades would no longer retract with its pull cord. I contacted ********** where they were purchased. ********** directed me to Hunter Douglas. Hunter Douglas directed me to Custom Decorators who installed them. Someone came out and fixed it. Since then, Ive have to have Custom Decorators come out two more times for a combination of either a shade wont retract, or hangs crooked. Ive asked each installer if Im doing something wrong to cause this. Theyve all said no. Ive gone back to Hunter Douglas about my disappointment. I feel something is wrong with the shades. Currently, two of the four shades wont retract and the other two hang crooked. I contacted Hunter Douglas around July 9th and explained the situation and my frustration. At the time, one shade wouldnt retract and three hung crooked. Yet again I was referred to Custom Decorators who for the 2nd time has agreed to waive the $149 fee to come out and fix them. (I dont remember a fee the first time). Been waiting almost two weeks for Custom Decorators to call me to set up a time to come out. My other option is to climb on ladder, figure out how to get the shades down, remove them, ship them to Custom Decorators, and then what? Get them back and rehang them myself? I just want shades that work. Currently, one of the patio door shades that wont retract is being held up by clamps and has been since July 10th so that I can use that door to the outside. Not the best look and is probably damaging the shade. Hunter Douglas will not stand behind their product and Ive had enough of the back and forth. I want all four replaced with working shades.

      We purchased 8 motorized Hunter Douglas PowerView shades, including one large patio power shade. This purchase was made through ***************************** of *******, **. We spent $7,000 on what we were sold on as the highest quality shades available. The **** team to date has been helpful but still can't solve the issue, but I feel everyone has their breaking point. Ours was many months ago, and I feel the retailer has also gone through enough. The quality assurance has really dropped the ball here to allow this many issues to come to our doorstep.Since the original installation, which happe2021, we identified two window shades and the patio door shade defective with ruffles and creases at the bottom. The most recent replacement has been our 5th replacement; yes... You read that correctly. Five times these 3 shades were replaced all to have the same defect. If you look at the amount of times this had to be reordered you will understand our frustration. We are currently waiting on another remake and reinstall. This has been a disaster and I feel terrible for the retailer to have to go through this to no avail. Attached are the most recent shades that came in this way, some of the prior versions were even worse. What's most bizarre is the rest of the shades are perfect and we just can't get it right with these three.This has caused a tremendous amount of aggravation and heartache. I am looking for a resolution and compensation for lost time and stress. Looking to speak to a senior leader of the company.
