I took my vehicle in for a recall and was told they have the parts for it. I brought it in and while it was there I requested a transmission service. Turns out the recall was not available and the transmission was serviced, I left the lot and drove my vehicle for a couple of days and my car was shaking and acting very strange, so I called and told them and they gaslit me and told me the next appointment wasn’t for another week. My husband and I check the transmission fluid and it was bone dry, my neighbor filled my fluids and I drove my car straight BACK to Sharon Chevy and complained. They supposedly fixed their wrong doings and gave me a quote for something else(could be the problem they stated) I have now taken my car to a reputable shop that I’ve been doing business with and they told me the issue with my vehicle is not what Sharon Chevy stated and it IS INFACT THE TRANSMISSION. So because the original service of the transmission was not done correctly and I was gaslit and lied to, my transmission now has issues. I have called and left messages and not heard anything back from them. I am incredibly frustrated with them and like for them to rectify the issues with my car that has been created.Business response

We had the customer come in and our transmission tech test drove and determined the torque convetor needed to be replaced .The vehicle has over 100,000 miles and there is no way to no if the transmission leak we repaired contributed to the failure . In good faith we offered to split the cost of the repair with the customer due to the high miles . Customer picked up vehicle and apparently is not repairing the vehicle . The problem with the transmission is a common accurence in Chevrolet traverse's with this type of mileage.

i bought a lemon from the dealer 2018 ***** ******** have had multiple issues and is in the shop every 2 months. has gone into limp mode 2 times on the high way and is not safe. they need to give us a comparable vehicle. this car is not safe for my family. managers aren’t helping they want to fix the car they have fixed 10 times instead of giving us a new car.
